Hello Coordinators, hope all is really great with you.
A couple of announcements from Tasony and Tante Sola:
1. Fr Angelos will be joining us on the Saturday Sunday School service going forward. He will be passing by the classes and attending some. This is a huge blessing to us as coordinators and will help the servants and children realize how important service is to all of us.
2. Servants meetings held after service will be started this week. Idea is that the schedule would become:
- Week 1: admin
- Week 2&3: Bible Study
- Week 4: Spiritual
These meetings would be held individually with our servants (i.e. Fady will be preparing and presenting to his group of servants, same with Ihab, etc..). The idea is, Micho will be preparing the outlines and sharing with all of us earlier so we could plan according to that.
3. First admin meeting this Saturday, you should cover the following:
- Check up on the quality of the lessons and the preparation.
- Reminders of confession day and the upcoming March Break camp.
- Updating them on the upcoming Servants Meetings (as described above).
- Outreach discussion (current status and initiatives).
