The Sunday School committee is very pleased to inform you that we have gotten 12 tickets to the Raptors vs. the Suns game at the Air Canada Center on Tuesday, December the 5th. However, these are not normal tickets - the 12 kids will be part of the anthem buddies (Click here to see a picture for description).
In order to make it fair for all children, we will be taking:
- 3 Grade 5 Girls
- 3 Grade 6 Girls
- 3 Grade 5 Boys
- 3 Grafe 6 Boys
To qualify for the event, you must:
- Complete the BibleBee for the first 25 Chapters of the book for the respective grade and Submit it as hard-copy by the test day - BibleBee pdfs can be found here. (At condition to complete the BibleBee by end of December)
- Recite the memorization by the test date - Memorization can be found here.
- Have exceptional behaviour inside and outside of Sunday School.
Selection Method:
We will also be performing a challenging test on the the , covering the covered chapters of the BibleBee book.
Test date: Sunday November the 26th during Sunday School (at one of the Sunday School classes).
Top 3 performers from every grade are the one selected for the Raptors event. Tests will be marked on the same day and top performers will be announced at 3:00PM and contacted by phone.
The test will cover the same chapters that were studied through the BibleBee:
- Grade 5 - 1 Samuel Chapter 1-25
- Grade 6 - Gensis Chapter 1-25
NOTE: There will be a similar event in February.
